Stewardship Pledge: 
​Tithe, Talents, and Time (3T) Form

1. ​​Please, click "Download File" below to open & download the form to your computer ​(if you are viewing on your phone, you can select "open in" and select the Acrobat app to fill in the form).
2. Complete as much of the form as you like and save it to your desktop.
3. Email the form to RenHerr@FBCLaGrange.com. 
4. If you have trouble with the form, please call FBC at 708-352-2740.  We're happy to help you.

​Alternatively, feel free to print and mail your 3T form to FBC or bring it to church.  ​FBC will be blessed to know how you plan to particpate in 2022!

FBC is collecting donations for RMMO in December.  For online donations, just note in your donation that your gift is in support of RMMO 2021.
